Job summary

Rockhampton Hospital in Central Queensland is seeking a Dermatologist to lead and grow specialist dermatology services, delivering high‑quality outpatient consultations, referral triage, and occasional inpatient reviews within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires MBBS or equivalent with registration in Australia, specialist registration or eligibility as a Dermatologist with AHPRA, and Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, plus ongoing CME participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow specialist dermatology services across Central Queensland.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient consultations, referral triage and inpatient reviews.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including GP with special interest and nursing/allied health staff.
• Drive clinical governance and quality improvement and manage patient care plans.
