Job summary

Country Education Foundation of Australia – Orange NSW is seeking a Community Development Specialist to nurture volunteers across nearly 50 local foundations and support students and alumni through program delivery and scholarships.

You will build cross-functional partnerships, manage multiple projects, and drive meaningful outcomes for regional communities while enhancing CEF’s national reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in community development, engagement, marketing or communications.
• Ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships across teams and volunteers.
• Proven track record in delivering programs that uplift regional communities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and grow the CEF volunteer network and committees (including interstate travel).
• Coordinate student/alumni engagement initiatives and program delivery (CEF Connect, scholarships).
• Develop and implement communications plans and grant reporting for impact storytelling.
• Prepare marketing collateral and information packs for alumni and stakeholders.
• Support events, campaigns and projects, and contribute to annual reports.
