Western Downs Regional Council in Dalby is seeking an Arts and Culture Coordinator to lead planning, coordination and delivery of arts, culture and heritage initiatives across the region.

You will build partnerships with stakeholders, oversee programs and exhibitions, and help grow engagement and participation while supporting professional development of artists and volunteers. A relevant qualification and current licences are required, with flexible work options and strong community focus.

Formación

• Relevant qualification in Arts/Business Administration, Cultural Development or related field.
• Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
• National History Police Check required.
• Working with Children Blue Card.
• Interest/experience in Arts, Culture, Heritage.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate arts, culture and heritage projects, exhibitions and public artworks to grow participation and audiences.
• Facilitate projects, programs and opportunities that build regional cultural capacity and support artists, arts workers and volunteers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, community groups and internal stakeholders.
