Mission:

We are looking for proactive Individuals with a strong background in compensation and benefits for our Michelin APAC region.

In this role, he/she/they will

  • Compensation Strategy & Collaboration – Partner with leaders, HRBPs, and TA teams to design and drive fair, competitive compensation and benefits aligned with Michelin business goals
  • Policy & Compliance – Develop a consistent compensation philosophy while ensuring practices comply with local legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.) and partner with relevant stakeholders
  • Market Benchmarking – Manage remuneration surveys, monitor market trends, and maintain accurate submissions to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency within and across APAC countries.
  • Financial Planning – Conduct remuneration forecasting, variance analysis, and collaborate with Finance team to maintain accuracy and timelines
  • Governance & Data Management – Oversee Michelin compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensure data privacy and records management align with internal policies and external regulations
Who we are looking for:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in compensation and benefits (policy design, market benchmarking, data privacy)
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical & quantitative skill to interpret data
  • Self-driven, proactive, high level of integrity and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • B2 level (upper intermediate) English Business Communication
