About the role…
The position we have available is in our Remote Support Coordination program. As a Regional and Remote Support Coordinator you will support clients to build their own capacity and achieve their goals. No two days are the same.
This program supports people to navigate the NDIS, understand and maximise their NDIS plan, engage with other services and supports, and ensure plan outcomes and individual expectations are met.
Your role is to provide individual guidance and understanding to help people become confident in managing their NDIS package and associated services.

About you…
You will have a passion for working with people with disabilities and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life. You genuinely care about the work you do and want to join a value‑based organisation. You will be committed to supporting client choices to assist them to achieve their personal and aspirational goals. We welcome candidates with transferable skills from working in customer service or similar apply.
Initially this role will be 22.5 hours per week. Given the regional and remote role, you will be happy to work from home as well as participate in training and supervision remotely.
