NAB’s Regional & Agribusiness Graduate Program invites recent graduates to build relationships with regional customers across Australia. The 4-month accelerated rotation offers hands-on experience, mentoring and real customer exposure to develop banking expertise.

Starting January 2027, participants relocate to regional locations, connect with alumni, and are supported toward a permanent role within NAB’s agribusiness network, growing a career in regional banking.

Qualifications

• Be customer-obsessed with a passion for regional business and agribusiness.
• Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to regional Australia as opportunities arise.
• Previous service-sector experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Undertake an accelerated 4-month rotational program designed to give you a foothold in NAB Regional & Agribusiness Banking.
• Learn and develop core banking skills through rotations and coaching.
• Engage with alumni graduates and mentoring networks.
• Collaborate with agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural areas to support customers.
• Participate in ongoing skill development and industry learning.
• Build networks with NAB colleagues and peers in the R&A network.
• Support NAB customers and communities and contribute to social impact programs.
• Be positioned for a permanent role during or after the program.
