Job summary

Goulburn Valley Health is seeking an experienced clinician and leader to become Manager – Aged Care Assessment. This permanent full-time role leads a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality assessments across regional Victoria and engages with governance, planning and transformation initiatives.

You will oversee service performance, workforce development, quality and risk management, and stakeholder engagement while aligning with GV Health’s CREATE values and the Lead Provider Service

Qualifications

• Extensive clinical experience within aged care, complex care, community health or related field.
• Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management.
• Experience in service development, strategic planning and change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and partnership-building.
• Ability to collaborate across health, aged care and community sectors.
• Commitment to professional development and GV Health CREATE values.
• Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for SW membership.
• Lead an established Aged Care Assessment service with regional impact.
• Lead during major transformations in Australia’s aged care sector.
• Influence regional service planning and partnerships in Vic Service Area 4.
• Be part of Victoria’s largest regional public health service.
