You will contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement within a collaborative teaching team, ensuring high-quality education outcomes and strong industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is mandatory.
• Current industry experience to maintain vocational currency.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• National Police Check is required.
• Ability to design and deliver logical, succinct, up-to-date and engaging course materials and lessons.
• Ability to use learning management systems (e.g. Moodle) to create engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and industry-relevant Refrigeration training.
• Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support student progression and identify learners requiring additional assistance.
• Develop and maintain training and assessment resources.
• Participate in moderation, validation and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and compliance requirements.
• Create safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments.
• Foster industry engagement to reflect current sector practices.
