Qualifications

• Diploma qualification is mandatory.
• Experience delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes is required.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire Reformer Pilates classes, challenging and supporting members.
• Lead and mentor instructors, developing teaching standards.
• Coordinate quarterly instructor training and professional development.
• Shape timetables, programming and studio growth.
