What we are looking for :
  • At least several years Recruitment experience
  • Experience within Aged Care
  • Track record of building and developing relationships within Aged Care
  • Passionate about nurturing your team of motivated recruiters
  • Ability to hit KPI's and recruitment goals
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated Business acumen and commercial skills
  • Sound experience in liasing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability toconnect preferred strategic outcomes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
