About the role

This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop new skills. Alongside customer service and administrative duties, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn about government recruitment processes and support a team of Recruitment Consultants with a range of activities.

We’re also keen to find someone with an interest or experience in social media, graphic design, or marketing, who can assist in developing engaging content for our online platforms.

Duties
  • Answering and directing incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing databases and performing administrative tasks
  • Assisting with government recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, collating candidate data, and reference checking
  • Supporting the company’s social media presence, including creating graphics for job advertisements and contributing to content development
Our ideal candidate

You’ll have at least 12 months of experience in administration, and an interest in social media and / or marketing. Experience within the government sector and / or an understanding of the APS is highly desirable.
