A Canberra-based recruitment company is seeking a Customer Service and Administration role. This position involves managing customer interactions, supporting recruitment processes, and developing social media content. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months of administrative experience and a passion for social media and marketing. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop new skills. Alongside customer service and administrative duties, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn about government recruitment processes and support a team of Recruitment Consultants with a range of activities.
We’re also keen to find someone with an interest or experience in social media, graphic design, or marketing, who can assist in developing engaging content for our online platforms.
You’ll have at least 12 months of experience in administration, and an interest in social media and / or marketing. Experience within the government sector and / or an understanding of the APS is highly desirable.
