As Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our team in the full life cycle of the recruitment process and provide ongoing support for successfully placed candidates. The successful applicant will work directly with their client group to maintain and build the client relationship, support their growing workforce needs and manage their expectations.

Role Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years prior experience in an Agency Recruitment Coordinator role or similar.
- Experience within the drilling industry is highly desirable, given the nature of our operations.
- Previous experience in mining mobilisation is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of pre‑employment processes, compliance, and mobilisation workflows.
- Ability to manage a high‑volume workload, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to engage candidates, stakeholders, and site teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and Google Suite.
- Able to adapt to new technology and our Applicant Tracking System and CRM.
- Reside in Perth, Western Australia.
- Hold full working rights - Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
