Job summary

Unite Recruitment in Sydney is expanding and seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our new office. You’ll own a full 360 desk, sourcing candidates, building client relationships, and placing talent that fits the brief.

You’ll work with a supportive Operations Manager, enjoy a hybrid schedule (3 days in the Sydney office), and earn a base of AUD 70,000–80,000 with generous commissions, plus wellness days and development opportunities.

The opportunity

This is a healthcare desk with everything in place. You'll be working alongside our Operations Manager who is co-building the desk with you, with a pipeline of candidates and warm clients waiting from day one.

What you'll do

Build and run a healthcare recruitment desk in our new Sydney office. You'll manage the full 360 cycle - sourcing exceptional candidates, developing client relationships, and making placements that fit both sides. Our approach is consultative, long-term, and our clients stay with us because of it.

• Recruitment experience - at least two years preferred but not essential (healthcare sector a plus)
