• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in specialist or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management and placement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify and engage high-calibre talent across active and passive markets.
• Develop new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships and contribute to growth.
• Establish and maintain a strong professional network while delivering high service standards.
