City of Sydney is seeking a motivated Recreation Officer to join our recreation precinct team. You’ll plan, implement and deliver a range of sports and recreational programs and services across multiple centres, including events and space hire, to meet community needs.

We’re excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Recreation Officer to join our recreation precinct team.
Under the guidance of the Operations Team Leader and Precinct Manager, you’ll plan, implement and deliver a range of sports and recreational programs and services, including sports competitions, inclusive programs and events, and space hire services that respond to the needs of our community. You’ll also support the efficient day-to-day operations and service delivery across multiple recreation centres and all-weather sportsfields within our growing precinct.
This role also presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of new programs at the soon-to-open Huntley Street Recreation Centre.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
