Richmind WA is seeking casual Recovery Support Workers to assist people in residential homes across the Southwest. You will help clients develop life skills, provide emotional support, and accompany them on their recovery journey with consistency and compassion.

Successful candidates will hold a Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent, have a current police clearance and working with children check, and possess a valid driver’s licence. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Competenze

Cert IV in Mental Health and relevant experience in mental health.
National Police Clearance (under 6 months old)
Working With Children Check
First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011, HLTAID010, HLTAID009)
Valid driver’s licence

Mansioni

Support residents navigating mental distress to build independence and life skills.
Provide emotional support and a consistent, compassionate presence.
Work within residential homes and across sites to help residents feel safe and heard.
Log notes and participate in training sessions for continuous learning.
Assist with appointments and transport in work vehicle as needed.
