Are you ready to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career? Our client, a well-established leader in the Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management industry, is looking for a Recovery Pathways Specialist to join their growing team.

Do you have strong mediation experience and looking to make a move into a new career?

As a Recovery Pathways Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting workers and employers involved in psychological injury claims caused by workplace conflict.

This role focuses on early intervention, mediation, and collaboration with a variety of stakeholders to facilitate a safe and timely return to work. You'll work directly with workers, employers, treatment providers, and primary case managers for up to 14 weeks, ensuring the highest level of support throughout the recovery process.

The role
  • Use your mediation and communication skills to resolve workplace conflicts that have resulted in psychological injury claims
  • Facilitate early access to treatment and services to support a worker’s recovery and return to work
  • Collaboratively develop and implement early intervention plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Work closely with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to provide comprehensive claims management support
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders through video calls, phone, and face‑to‑face interactions
The ideal candidate
  • Previous experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve issues by evaluating information from diverse sources
  • Must have a full drivers licence and access to their own vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders to meet their needs
