Genea, a leading IVF clinic, invites applications for a Medical Receptionist at our Kent Street Clinic. This permanent full-time role involves front desk reception and admin support across the clinic, with rotating shifts from 6.30am–3pm, 9am–5.30pm, and 7:30am–4pm, plus a rotating Saturday schedule.
Your duties include greeting patients, managing bookings, handling Medicare and billing processes, and coordinating with nursing and admin staff to ensure smooth operations.

We're currently in the market for a Medical Receptionist to join our Kent Street Clinic on a Permanent Full Time basis.
Working Monday to Friday, your hours will rotate weekly between 6.30am–3pm, 9am–5.30pm & 7:30am-4pm. This position includes a shared rotating Saturday shift. In this role, you'll provide front desk reception and administrative support across the clinic — a varied position where your customer service and administrative skills will be put to use supporting our patients and the wider team.
