Job summary

Lifecare Frankston Physiotherapy is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our busy clinic on a casual basis in Frankston. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, invoice and balance daily banking, and maintain a pristine waiting room and clinic spaces.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment and enjoys delivering excellent service to help our patients move better and feel supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role (medical experienced highly regarded).
• A people-first mindset with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g. Nookal) is desirable, not essential.

• Delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience for every patient.
• Coordinating day-to-day reception and clinic operations.
• Managing bookings, invoicing and general admin processes.
• Building strong relationships with patients, health professionals and stakeholders.

Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. Looking for some diversity in your role? You will be joining us on a casual basis at our clinic in Frankston.

You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer-facing environment and enjoys making a genuine difference to people's day.
