Lifecare Frankston Physiotherapy is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our busy clinic on a casual basis in Frankston. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, invoice and balance daily banking, and maintain a pristine waiting room and clinic spaces.

Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. Looking for some diversity in your role? You will be joining us on a casual basis at our clinic in Frankston.
You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer-facing environment and enjoys making a genuine difference to people's day.
We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds — experience in a medical or allied health setting is desirable, but not essential.
