Job summary

Haileybury Rendall School in Darwin is seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist/Administration Officer to join the campus on a full-time fixed-term contract from October 2026 to December 2027.

You will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our school community, delivering exceptional customer service and essential administrative support to students, families, staff and visitors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, families and staff.
  • Provide general administrative support to daily school operations.

Administration Officer

Be the friendly face and first point of contact for our school community. Haileybury Rendall School is seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our Darwin campus on a full-time fixed-term contract from October 2026 to December 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the Northern Territory's leading independent schools while working in a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Administration team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to students, families, staff, and visitors, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our school.
