Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Rear Lift Operator for a Bibra Lake-based role in Western Australia. You will work with a driver to collect waste bins around the local area, staying focused on safety and timely service. The job suits someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and teamwork, with consistent hours.

The role requires an HR licence, a White Card, the ability to pass a drug test, a clean police record and mobile plant operation skills. You’ll work 9–10 hour days and be home each night.

Qualifications

• HR Driver's Licence held and at least basic operating experience.
• Construction White Card (General Safety) required.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
• Clear National Police Record.
• Experience with mobile plant operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with waste collection services alongside a driver.
• Help ensure timely and efficient collection of waste bins.
• Maintain high safety and communication standards in outdoor work.
