Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Renewables, or a related discipline.
• Experience in utilities, power generation, industrial operations, energy markets, or a similar operational environment.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, or power system principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee 24/7 renewable energy operations from our control centre.
• Respond to operational events and coordinate solutions in real time.
• Analyse system performance and proactively manage operational risks.
• Work closely with AEMO, network service providers, site teams, and global operations teams.
• Support asset restoration, dispatch activities, and generation optimisation.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate system records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational procedures.
• Develop specialist expertise in power systems, energy markets, and renewable generation operations.
