KPMG is seeking a Real Estate–focused Tax Manager to join our Deal Advisory Tax team in Sydney. You will work on significant Australian transactions across Real Estate, Private Equity, and Infrastructure, structuring and advising on tax matters while mentoring teams and contributing to client service and business development.

You will engage in tax due diligence, review transaction documents, and prepare correspondence with regulators such as the ATO and FIRB, while developing strong client
