This role sits in a high-performing team, supporting 12 lead Sales Agents with listing uploads, appointment documentation, marketing coordination and contract processing through to settlement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate administration.
• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate is required.
• Enthusiastic, organized and able to use own initiative.
• Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills and typing abilities; comfortable learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to 12 lead Sales Agents and their teams.
• Prepare Appointment and Sale documentation.
• Manage listing through upload and launch process.
• Coordinate marketing material, open home advertising and changes.
• Coordinate with Finance Controller for trust accounts and deposits.
• Process contracts and follow-ups through to settlement.
• Oversee contract conditions and liaise with solicitors and agents.
• Maintain database integrity and records.
