Job summary

Samworth Brothers is hiring for a customer-facing role within our Food For Now operation. You will check stock availability, process returns, and carry out merchandising to support the retail customers. Full training will be provided to handle service agreements, build customer relationships, and manage enquiries professionally.

So what’s the job all about?

You will be customer facing and offer a full customer services by checking availability, processing returned stock and carrying out merchandising where necessary.

Full training will be provided so that you can serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers and manage all customer enquiries in a professional manner.

You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image.
