Job summary

Rail Gourmet is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for Newcastle Central to support UK rail catering services. You will handle train-side deliveries, loading and unloading catering stock, and assist with stock control while following health and safety regulations. Shift pattern is full-time with weekends as required and a DBS check may be required.

Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Newcastle Central

Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour.

Hours: Full Time (39 hours).

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5:30am and 10pm, including some weekends

• Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
