Range Recruitment Ltd is seeking agency Healthcare Assistants in Australia to cover staffing shortages and support a caring team, with flexible shifts designed to fit around your lifestyle. Shifts include Days 08:00-20:00 and Nights 20:00-08:00.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll provide personal care, assist residents with meals, support activities, and collaborate with nurses and senior staff. Night duties include welfare checks and overnight care with moving and handling equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, pad changes)
• Assisting and encouraging residents with meals
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Supporting activities within and outside the home
• Working alongside nurses, senior staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Night duties include regular welfare checks, repositioning residents, and overnight personal care
• Using moving & handling equipment where required (Hoist, slide sheet ect..)
