Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants in Brighton, TAS, providing support to older people in their own homes. You will assist with daily living, meals, medication, shopping and personal care, with full induction training provided.

This role offers flexible part- or full-time hours, shifts from early morning to evening, mileage allowance and paid travel time, free uniform, DBS checks, and opportunities for further training and qualifications.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full induction training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with daily living and personal care.

Job description

At Alina Homecare our care assistants are as important as the people we care for. You are individuals with different needs and aspirations too and we respect that.

Our local branch are looking for care assistants to support the older people in their own homes. This role includes assisting someone with medication, food preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care. We provide full induction training so experience is not essential.

This role is based on part or full time hours, we have calls between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
