- Base Salary: Earn up to $65,000 (depending on experience) + Super (pro‑rata for flexible hours).
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Top performers consistently exceed $130,000 OTE annually with our performance‑based commission.

- Choose Your Days: Work 3, 4, or 5 days (Monday–Friday).
- Choose Your Hours: Select a Full Day (9am – 5pm) or a 5‑Hour Shift (e.g., 9am – 2pm, 10am – 3pm, 12pm – 5pm).
- No Rotating Shifts: Predictable, stable hours.

The Role: Customer Re‑engagement Agent
Help Australians make smarter financial decisions by re‑igniting the interest of past customers. This role is focused on quality conversation and achieving meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Conduct high volume outbound calls, focusing on respectful, value‑driven conversations.
- Skilled Communication: Utilise your expertise to assess customer needs and articulate value (helping them save money).
- Seamless Transfer: Qualify leads and execute timely, warm transfers to the specialist Broker Team.
- Performance Excellence: Commit to achieving performance benchmarks.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in coaching and training to continuously refine skills and maximise results.
About You
We are looking for individuals with an extensive background in sales or related positions that have provided the experience of giving great customer service, resilience, the confidence to ask for a sale and the ability and credibility to have people listen to your advice.
