Job summary

Metagenics is seeking a Raw Materials Storeperson for a 3–4 day workweek at our Northgate facility. You will receip t incoming materials using ERP (D365), maintain stock accuracy, and support warehouse activities with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires good communication within the team and with external partners.

Forklift ticket is preferred, with training offered on appointment. This casual position suits someone looking for flexible, reliable hours in a leading health

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems for receipts and stock movements.
• Strong verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Forklift ticket is advantageous or willingness to obtain on appointment.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy in inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receipting incoming orders using ERP (D365) accurately.
• Follow procedures set by Warehouse Manager and team leads.
• Maintain inventory records and perform stock checks.
• Assist with stocktakes and warehouse housekeeping.
• Support warehousing activities and report hazards.

We are recruiting for a casual Raw Materials Storeperson to join our Raw Materials Warehouse team at our Northgate facility. This role is planned to work 3 to 4 days per week with working hours varying between the hours of 7am-4pm.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, our Storeperson will assist to ensure our warehouse and distribution standards set by Metagenics ANZ are met consistently, by ensuring all incoming orders are received and production schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, D365 for accurately receipting any and all incoming and delivered orders.
• Adhere to all procedures and work instructions as determined by the Raw Materials Warehouse Manager
• Control of inventory using our IR mobile device
• Be proactive in cleaning and maintaining workstations and the warehouse
• Aim to reduce error and inefficiency, and report any failures in technology or system to the supervisor
• Manually handle equipment and stock as instructed
• Consistently maintain the picking/packing rates as determined by Metagenics
• Participate in stocktakes when required
• Effectively contribute to all aspects of warehousing activities as required
• Proactively report and manage any hazards that occur in warehouse or raw materials warehouse

To be successful in this role you will need…

• Effective verbal communication skills with a friendly and open workplace approach to our wider team and external stakeholders
• Ability to maintain a consistent level of manual receipting accuracy
• Forklift ticket is highly desired, or have a willingness to attain on appointment
