Pacific National in Australia is hiring a Level 2 Assistant Driver for the Coal and Bulk team, starting with Engine & Air school and progressing to a Level 4 Locomotive Driver. You will join Australia’s largest private rail freight operator, with industry-leading training and a rotating 24/7 roster.
Required NSW Safe Working qualifications, a valid Class C licence, and a National Police Check, plus a strong safety commitment.
Competenze
- NSW Safe Working qualifications; Train Order advantageous.
- Valid unrestricted Class C licence and reliable transport.
- Category 1 Rail Medical, Musculoskeletal assessment, and ongoing drug/alcohol compliance.
- National Police Check.
- A strong, proven commitment to safety.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Flexibility to meet operational demands.

- Prepare, operate and shut down locomotives in line with operational procedures.
