Job summary

Radiology Victoria, based at Epworth Hospital in Richmond, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the imaging team on a full-time or part-time basis. The role spans a wide range of imaging procedures across multiple modalities, with opportunities to learn new specialties.

You will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care, focusing on safety, communication and quality outcomes in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in nursing.
• Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Interest in acute, complex patient-centred care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
• Experience in Medical Imaging nursing or Radiology is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centred nursing care during imaging procedures.
• Rotate through imaging modalities with the team.
• Collaborate with the imaging team and Nurse Unit Manager.
• Maintain high standards of safety, infection control and clinical governance.
• Contribute to a fast-paced hospital environment and patient flow.

Radiology Victoria based at Epworth Hospital in Richmond is currently seeking an experienced Radiology Nurse to join the team, either on a full-time or part-time basis.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Radiology Victoria, you will have the opportunity to participate in wide range of imaging procedures and rotate through our various modalities, including Interventional Ultrasound, Angiography, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computerized Tomography, Nuclear Medicine and Procedural Bookings with potential future opportunities to learn other specialties.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be working alongside the broader imaging team and will provide best practice in patient-centred care.

To be successful in this role you will…

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification
• Have current nursing registration with AHPRA
• Have an interest in acute, complex patient-centred care
• Have demonstrated excellent communication
• Be passionate about providing excellent care to patients
• Experience in Medical Imaging nursing, Radiology, Catheter Laboratory or Operating Theatres (desirable but not essential).
