Job summary

Vision Radiology Mentone is seeking a Radiographer to join a dynamic, patient‑focused team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. The role offers full‑time or part‑time arrangements with a supportive, growth‑oriented environment across General X-Ray and CT imaging.

You will work with experienced radiologists, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement while delivering exceptional patient care in a busy, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent.
• AHPRA registration and VIC Radiation License.
• Proven radiography experience in General X-Ray and CT.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to quality improvement and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including General X-Ray and CT with precision.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and safety protocols (AHPRA, VIC Radiation License).
• Demonstrate excellent communication with patients, colleagues and referring clinicians.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing quality improvement and professional growth.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Radiographer to be part of Vision Radiology Mentone

Vision Radiology is an independent diagnostic imaging provider owned and operated by a team of subspecialized Radiologists across multiple clinics in metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria. While the role is full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate

Our brand new state-of-the-art Facility encompasses a wide range of modalities including general X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, Mammography, Cardiac CT and DEXA ensuring comprehensive care, patient comfort and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including but not limited to General X-Ray and CT Imaging, with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and safety protocols, including AHPRA Registration and VIC Radiation License.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with patients, colleagues, and referring clinicians.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing quality improvement and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification.
• AHPRA Registration
• VIC Radiation License.
• Proven experience in radiography, particularly in General X-Ray and CT Imaging.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
