Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations, including general radiography, and specialised imaging procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort whilst conducting imaging studies, following strict safety protocols and radiation protection standards
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, including digital imaging systems and associated technology
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining procedures clearly and addressing any concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive radiographic records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians and other clinical staff to ensure diagnostic quality and optimal patient outcomes
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols to maintain high imaging standards
• Adhere to infection control, health and safety procedures, and relevant legislation
• Contribute to a professional and supportive team environment
