Raytheon Australia is seeking a Radar / Electronics Technician (C-Band) based in Exmouth, Western Australia. This onsite role reports to the Space System Supervisor and focuses on maintenance, fault diagnosis, calibration, and support for C-Band radar systems and subsystems.

You will work in a Linux environment, produce technical reports, and coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders while enjoying a 7/7 roster and relocation support if required.

Qualificações

• A minimum of a Certificate III in Electronics (Communications or Control) or relevant technical discipline
• Defence/Maritime Radar, Combat System, Complex Communication and/or Mechanical System experience
• Excellent analytical/fault-finding skills
• Ability to confidently operate and interpret data from a wide range of test equipment
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1). Eligibility can be found at

Since 2011, Raytheon Australia have been contracted to deliver facilities services in support of the Harold E. Holt (HEH) Defence Precinct in Exmouth, Western Australia. Home to the Space Surveillance Telescope (SST), the C-Band RADAR and Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio transmission capability, together these systems add a critical contribution to Australia's space domain awareness and battlespace awareness missions.

Reporting to the Space System Supervisor (C-Band RADAR) you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, technical investigations, supporting configuration change activities, actioning customer requests and additional tasks to support both program and operational requirements.
