Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) seeks an experienced casual Quarry Operator to join the Granite Rock team in Victoria. The role covers mobile plant operation including Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator, daily quarry tasks, and preventative checks.

You will participate in toolbox talks and adhere to WHS policies, following directions from the Quarry Supervisor. A safe, proactive approach is essential for success in this busy site.

Qualifications

• Experience operating mobile plant in a quarry environment.
• Proactive, organized approach to work and safety.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and police check.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator as directed.
• Carry out daily quarry operations and maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant and participate in toolbox talks.
• Follow WHS policies and procedures and Quarry Supervisor instructions.
