Job summary

St John Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support quality, compliance and governance across all units. The role reports to the Quality, Compliance and Governance Business Partner and partners with senior leadership to drive improvements and uphold high standards.

Based at Notting Hill headquarters, you will manage documentation, analytics and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring clear insights and timely delivery of quality outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a candidate with tertiary qualifications in sciences or a related field and significant ISO 9001 experience.
• Strong document management experience with attention to detail and organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate data into insights.
• Proactive analytical thinker who identifies efficiencies and improvement opportunities.

We are seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to undertake an essential role with St John Ambulance (Vic) supporting the Quality Compliance & Governance Business Partner

• Full time ongoing position (part-time considered) based in Notting Hill
• Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 plus super (plus salary packaging)
• Up to $15,900 in salary packaging

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support St John Ambulance Victoria's in maintaining and high standards of quality, compliance and continuous improvement across all business units. The successful candidate will report to the Quality, Compliance and Governance Business Partner and collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team. The incumbent will uphold and enhance St John's quality management and governance systems, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthening a culture of accountability.

The role will drive quality compliance and improvements through influence and collaboration. The role includes the operations of Seniors Community Care and all business units.

This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in sciences or a related field along with significant relevant ISO 9001 experience
• Proven document management experience with a strong attention to detail, organisational skills and proficiency with document management software
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex details and data into clear actionable insights
• Strong analytical skills to identify efficiencies and inefficiencies proactively developing solutions
• An openness to new ideas and innovations with a desire and ability to translate them into real business solution through working well with others to achieve quality results in a timely manner
• Highly collaborative and strong customer service ethic and able to achieve win-win outcomes
