Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect output samples and incoming items against standards and dimensions.
• Ensure manufacturing adheres to QA/QC requirements and procedures.
• Review blueprints and BOM specs against finished products.
• Record inspection results in reports and QA databases.
• Maintain calibration of measurement equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Read engineering drawings and radiographs; verify measurements with gauges.
• Perform mass spectrometer testing on manufactured equipment.
• Identify and report non-conforming material and audit QA processes.
