Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Quality Inspector to coordinate quality activities at the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant, ensuring delivery aligns with the QMS and contract requirements.

You will manage ITP submittals, NCRs and inspection schedules, provide welding inspection oversight, audit suppliers, and drive corrective actions to closure across fabrication and construction. The role requires CSWIP 3.1 and ISO 9001 training, plus strong communication with client and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in quality roles on infrastructure or construction projects.
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification.
• ISO 9001 quality management system training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITP, NCR and audit processes.
• Excellent communication with client and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality activities to meet contract and Alliance requirements.
• Maintain the QMS to ensure supplier and internal compliance.
• Manage ITP submittals and address client comments.
• Investigate NCRs and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Inspect welding and fabrication work for compliance.
• Audit sub-contractors and suppliers against quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, NOIs and completion walkdowns.
