Job summary

MECCA Brands seeks a Quality Coordinator to ensure product quality, safety and consistency across the lifecycle. You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to support quality control, resolve issues and strengthen supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in product quality or quality control, ideally cosmetics/FMCG.
• Understanding of quality control principles, including non-conformances and CAPAs.
• Experience with supplier quality, audits and/or responsible sourcing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control checks across products, artwork and packaging against approved specs.
• Coordinate product and packaging testing, third-party inspections and investigations into non-conformances.
• Support root cause investigations and CAPAs, following actions through to closure.

MECCA-Maginations brings our own-brand products to life, and we’re looking for a Quality Coordinator to help ensure every product we create meets our high standards for quality, safety and consistency. Working across the product lifecycle, you’ll partner with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to support quality control, resolve quality issues and strengthen supplier performance. This is an opportunity to play an important role in protecting the MECCA brand while helping us continuously improve how we deliver quality products to our customers.

The Role You Could Play:

As our Quality Coordinator, you’ll support product and supplier quality across MECCA-Maginations. You will:

• Conduct quality control checks across products, artwork and packaging against approved specifications, standards and reference samples
• Coordinate product and packaging testing, third-party inspections and investigations into product non-conformances and complaints
• Support root cause investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), following actions through to closure
• Maintain product specifications, quality documentation and reference samples, while monitoring quality issues and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support supplier quality and responsible sourcing activities, including supplier onboarding, audits, certifications, corrective actions and ongoing performance monitoring

What You Will Bring:

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive quality professional who enjoys collaborating with others and solving problems. Ideally, you will bring:

• 2–3 years’ experience in product quality or quality control, ideally within cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or a related product category
• An understanding of quality control principles, including non-conformances, root cause investigations and CAPAs
• Experience working with supplier quality, audits and/or responsible sourcing requirements
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation and escalated risks when required
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with a collaborative, curious and solutions-focused approach
