Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join the Quality Control, PNS team at the Woodend site on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role supports QC activities to test products in compliance with GMP.

You will work across day, afternoon and night shifts, including weekends, and contribute to documentation, investigations, and continuous quality improvements within the QC group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or related field.
• GMP regulations and guidelines knowledge is required.
• Experience with laboratory techniques and data entry using LIMS.
• Familiarity with documentation control and lab notebook practices.
• Ability to work across rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute biological and non‑biological assays per cGMP.
• Review, update and issue laboratory documentation.
• Investigate OOS results and unusual data as required.
• Ensure testing follows procedures; proper storage and labeling.
• Use LIMS for data entry and maintain calibration/cleaning of equipment.
• Support validation and maintenance systems to keep plant and processes available.
• Identify, recommend and implement quality improvements in QC functions.
• Be flexible to work across sites and shifts as needed.
