Dhelkaya Health seeks a passionate Quality Consultant to lead improvement initiatives across our organisation, with a focus on aged care to meet accreditation standards. You will work with senior managers and clinical staff to drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care.

In this role, you'll coordinate activities to ensure regulatory requirements are met, monitor quality metrics, and provide expert advice on risk management and quality systems.

Salary per hour: $64.82+ superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 hours per fortnight

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior managers and clinical staff to lead improvement initiatives that enhance the safety, quality, and experience of care with a particular focus on our Aged Care settings. You will coordinate activities to ensure our organisation meets accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
