The Quality Specialist at Bega Group's Tatura site will lead the development and maintenance of quality systems to ensure regulatory compliance across the site. You will drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and foster a strong culture of quality and safety with coaching across teams.

Key responsibilities include managing audits and investigations, maintaining HACCP programs, and training leaders and staff on quality practices to sustain product excellence and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in dairy manufacturing with knowledge of BRC/Regulatory standards.
• Proven audit experience, internal and external, with corrective actions.
• Understanding of HACCP principles and risk-based thinking.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit programs.
• Investigate quality incidents, non-conformances and customer complaints with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and maintain compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
• Enhance HACCP programs, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
