Vinted is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for Member Support to monitor partner performance and help develop automated quality scoring. You will provide data-driven insights and drive solutions to maintain excellent customer support for our members.

You will work with partners to ensure compliance, calibrate quality measures, and share timely feedback with internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams and ongoing process improvements in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Proven track record in customer support quality assurance or related field.
• Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive quality solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct agent quality audits to ensure partner adherence to Vinted standards.
• Validate and analyse the new automated quality metric and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with partners to meet compliance requirements and calibrations.
• Ensure knowledge level in quality scoring is appropriate with partners.
• Analyze tickets to support business objectives and provide reports.
