Queensland Curriculum & Assessment Authority (QCAA) seeks a Manager to lead the Quality Assurance Unit. You will steer professional learning, training and QA processes for endorsement, confirmation and applied subject QA to support the QCE system in Queensland.

You will work with senior leaders to develop guidelines, manage workloads, and ensure currency with evolving assessment standards. This role reports to the Director and involves coordinating statewide QA activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading quality assurance in education.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Quality Assurance Unit to deliver high-quality support for senior curriculum, assessment and certification systems.
• Guide senior project officers and teams responsible for professional development and moderation to ensure statewide comparability.
• Provide expert advice on emerging digital technology and AI affecting assessment and quality assurance.
