  • Test Environment Management: Configure and maintain stable, reliable test environments to support automated testing activities.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document and track software defects, collaborating with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Test Coverage and Reporting: Monitor test coverage, identify gaps and report on automation progress, testing outcomes and quality metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of testing frameworks, automation practices and quality assurance processes.

  • At least three years of experience in QA automation within a product development environment, ideally in software development or education technology.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium and Cypress.
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages, including Java, Python or JavaScript, with Java preferred.
  • A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, TestNG or Cucumber.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools and techniques, including Postman or REST Assured.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across technical teams.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and continuous improvement.
Desirable Experience

The following experience would be advantageous:

  • Background in education technology, e-learning or related software products.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
