Job summary

Applied Engineering Services is seeking an experienced Qualified Welder/Fabricator to join our Griffith team. The role involves performing MIG and TIG welding across a range of materials and reading engineering drawings to ensure precise fabrication both in the workshop and on site.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years welding and fabrication experience, hold a trade qualification, and possess a White Card and a forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification and a minimum of 5 years welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• High standard of workmanship and a strong focus on safety.
• Reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Current HRW Licence - Forklift
• Must currently reside in Australia with full working rights (no visa sponsorship available)
