Job summary

O'Brien Electrical Lake Macquarie is seeking a motivated electrical tradesperson to join our service and maintenance team. You will work within an existing team, delivering prompt electrical service and ensuring client satisfaction on site.

The ideal candidate holds a current electrical and/or contracting licence, a valid drivers licence, and a white card; Refrigerant Handling licence is a bonus. Police Checks and WWC are required or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Hold a current electrical or contracting licence.
• Current drivers licence.
• White card (or equivalent).
• Refrigerant Handling Licence (RAC01, RSS03, or RDR04) would be beneficial.
• Police Checks and Working with Children Checks required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and maintenance work to clients.
• Liaise with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively train and support electrical apprentices.
• Deliver high-quality electrical service with strong customer focus.

This is a great opportunity for an electrical tradesperson to join a highly motivated, customer-focused team at O'Brien Electrical Lake Macquarie.

You will have the opportunity to work within an existing team in the service and maintenance sectors. You will work towards client satisfaction whilst accurately and swiftly delivering service.

The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes:

• Has service and maintenance experience
• Has the ability to liaise with existing clients
• Able to proactively train and support electrical apprentices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Displays strong communication skills for liaising with customers to ensure smooth delivery
• Must have current Police Checks and Working with Children Check or be prepared to getthem.

The ideal applicant will be of a hard-working and enthusiastic nature, with the ability to work well in a team as well as individually. The ability to take initiative as well as follow directions is required. Applicants must holda current electrical and/or contracting licence, a current drivers licence, and a white card (or equivalent).While not specifically required, a Refrigerant Handling Licence (RAC01, RSS03, or RDR04) would be beneficial.
