Ready Set Plumb is seeking an experienced reliner to run domestic jobs from start to finish in Sydney's North Shore area. You will relinE cracked lines, perform CCTV inspections, and deliver high-quality results with end-to-end responsibility.

This role requires a NSW drainage licence and hands-on relining experience. A tidy, customer-focused approach is essential, with opportunities for progression and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on pipe relining experience, domestic focus.
• Current NSW licence covering drainage (plumber with drainage or licensed drainer).
• Confident with CCTV, jetters, inversion drums and robotic cutters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CCTV inspections and explain findings to homeowners.
• Jetting, root cutting and descaling to prep lines.
• Wet-out, inversion and curing of full-length liners.
• Patch repairs and satellite or junction liners.
• Junction reinstatement with a robotic cutter.
• Prepare before-and-after footage and job reports.

Ready Set Plumb is a family-run North Shore plumbing business with 330+ Google reviews at 4.9 stars. Owner Ryan Godfrey has been a licensed plumber and gas fitter for 22 years. We've never used subcontractors, and our relining arm, Ready Set Reline, is growing fast. We need an experienced reliner to run domestic jobs from start to finish.

The role

You'll mostly be relining cracked, root-invaded sewer and stormwater lines under Sydney homes, often old earthenware and cast iron. Most jobs are done in a day. You camera the line, show the homeowner the fault, reline it and hand over the after footage.

What you'll do

• CCTV inspections, fault finding and explaining findings to homeowners
• Jetting, root cutting and descaling to prep lines
• Wet-out, inversion and curing of full-length liners
• Patch repairs and satellite or junction liners
• Junction reinstatement with a robotic cutter
• Before-and-after footage and job reports on every job
• Helping with fixed-price quotes and mentoring apprentices

About you

• 3+ years of hands-on pipe relining, mostly domestic
• Current NSW licence covering drainage (plumber with drainage, or licensed drainer)
• Confident with CCTV, jetters, inversion drums and robotic cutters
• White Card and a clean NSW driver licence
• Tidy, reliable and good with customers
• Brawoliner, confined space and first aid tickets are a bonus
