Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Mildura is seeking a qualified plumber with 2+ years post-apprenticeship experience to join our established family-run team. You will work across maintenance, drainage, relining and new installations, with on-site fault diagnosis, accurate quotes, and on-site documentation. Victorian license is required; interstate license holders may relocate.

Relocation support available. We offer a competitive salary up to $130,000 per year, superannuation, EOFY and Christmas bonuses,

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years post-apprenticeship as a qualified plumber.
Current Victorian plumbing licence/registration or interstate license ready to obtain Victorian registration.
Experience with commercial plumbing projects.
Own basic hand tools.
Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing work across maintenance, drainage, drain relining, and new installations.
Diagnose faults and provide accurate quotes/scopes on site.
Deliver high-quality work while following safety protocols and schedules.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Complete job paperwork, compliance certificates, and site documentation.
